ngwacon™ Developers Quality  Management Plan helps us to schedule all of the tasks needed to make sure that the project meets the needs of our customer.

QUALITY TARGETS

We achieve quality by setting  quality targets by identifying our customers requirements
and we gain our customers agreement with the targets set to ensure success. We List the project deliverables
to be produced by setting quality criteria for these deliverables and by defining quality standards for the deliverables.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN

By creating an activity schedule assists us to monitor and control the level of quality produced in the project.
Listing the quality assurance activities required to assure quality lists the independent reviews needed.

QUALITY CONTROL PLAN

Creating a Quality Control Plan enables us to agree  to set quality targets with our customer
by scheduling the control activities. We list the internal reviews needed to meet our quality targets.
We  monitor and control quality by identifying the quality control tasks needed to control quality.
