Building a home with ngwacon™ is an amazing process! We strive to make it as excellent, easy and enjoyable as possible for you.
1. DESIGNING YOUR DREAM HOME
ngwacon™ is different from most other builders in the area because we have partnerships with the best Architects Limpopo can offer. We sit down with an accredited designer. Together we analyse and examine the site layout, its orientation, the proper flow through your home, and personalize the design to best suit you. This means that you are involved in the discussion with our professional architects to discuss the details of your dream home.
2. PRE CONSTRUCTION MEETING AND GROUNDBREAKING
After the designs and plans are complete, we host a pre-construction meeting to introduce you to your construction team and give you a complete overview of the construction process.
We’ve found that educating our clients about the construction process really helps them share in the excitement of creating their home.

3. DESIGN SELECTIONS
Once a home is designed, the selection process begins. You will work with one of our client liaison specialists to select all the items for your home. We take you through a step-by-step process to create a cohesive design tailored around your budget and your needs. This is all done at a comfortable pace, which helps create an easy, stress free process that our clients enjoy and appreciate.
4. CONSTRUCTION PHASE
The construction phase is managed by a project manager/site supervisor team. They manage the site daily and provide you with weekly updates. We are very aware that building a home properly requires a certain amount of time and attention by the builder. Fortunately, at ngwacon™, we limit the ratio of homes under construction to each foreman.
5. HANDOVER/COMPLETION
On completion of your new home, our team supervisor will take you through your home to educate you on its unique construction aspects and to answer any questions you might have. It’s a detailed home orientation where you’re shown the ins and outs of operating and maintaining your home. You will also be introduced to our Quality Assurance Team, who will handle our long-term customer service.
